Signature Developments specializes in custom renovations and executive custom home building. Our two seasoned craftsmen have extensive backgrounds in fine custom woodwork, including cabinets, custom molding, floors, and mantels. Though we created Signature Developments in 2006, both of us bring over 25 years of experience, knowledge, and expertise to each home we touch.

Since 1990, Byron has been working hard to get homeowners into homes they love. His award-winning workmanship helps him bring to life the practical and efficient designs he creates for his clients. Byron loves the challenge of making his customers’ wishes come true, and he finds nothing more satisfying than the look on their face at the reveal. When he’s not on the job site, Byron keeps busy with his children’s activities, hockey, camping, quadding, and sports. He is even a volunteer hockey coach.

Kevin has been in the contracting business for nearly 30 years. He’s known for his cabinetry and finishing work. He’s committed to a project, approachable to homeowners, dedicated to being on site during a project. Professionally, he’s passionate about working with customers, and in his personal life, he’s equally passionate about his family, hockey, and biking.
